We're looking for experienced, reliable drivers to get behind the wheel of a Loads2Go truck or bakkie. You bring the licence and the experience — we supply the vehicle, the fuel and the jobs.
You don't own a truck or bakkie. You have a valid licence and experience, and you want to drive our vehicle on jobs we assign.
You already own a truck or bakkie and want to pick up overflow jobs using your own vehicle.
Go to that page →You're driving our truck and our name, so the same checks apply as our own crew — no exceptions.
Valid driver's licence with the correct code for the truck or bakkie you'll be driving — e.g. Code 10/14 for heavier trucks, Code 08 for a bakkie.
RequiredYou'll be alone with customers' belongings, so a clean criminal record is a must. We may ask for a police clearance certificate.
RequiredA clear copy of your ID and driver's licence, sent to us before your first day behind the wheel.
RequiredAt least 2 years' experience driving a truck or bakkie of similar size, with a record you can vouch for.
RequiredEverything you send is used only to confirm you're legally allowed to drive the vehicle and safe to put in front of our customers. We don't sell or share your documents with anyone else.
Once approved, we keep your ID, licence and clearance on file so it's sorted before your first shift.
Simple, so there's no confusion once you're behind the wheel.
Loads2Go supplies the truck or bakkie, fuel, and the job itself. You supply the licence, the experience and the driving.
Jobs and shifts are assigned as they come in — there's no fixed roster promised upfront. You'll be told the job details before you're expected to accept.
Punctual arrival, careful handling of the customer's goods, and professional conduct — the same standard we hold every driver to.
Depending on the work, you'll be paid either per completed job or a shift/day rate — agreed with you before the job starts.
You're responsible for driving safely and reporting any damage, faults or accidents immediately. Reckless driving or unreported damage ends the arrangement.
If your licence expires or your clearance status changes, tell us immediately — you'll be taken off shifts until it's sorted.
Bad handling of a job, a lapsed document, or a customer complaint means we stop offering you shifts — this protects the Loads2Go name and everyone who relies on it.
No fuel costs, no maintenance bills, no chasing your own customers — just show up and drive.
You never pay for the vehicle, servicing or fuel — that's on us.
Per-job or shift-based, depending on what's available — you know the terms before you accept.
Once the job or shift is done and confirmed, payment follows — no long waits.
Message us on WhatsApp with your name, area, licence code and years of experience. Attach your ID and licence, and we'll get back to you once everything checks out.
